• AT2 prototype unveiled -October 18, 2002
  The AT2 prototype was unveiled today during a press conference at our secret AsbesTree testing range. Reporters and guests were wowed by as the prototype was left unscathed after being assaulted by an impressive array of pyrotechnics.

• AT2 prototype completed -October 15, 2002
  The AT2 prototype has finally been completed. The new prototype has been completely redesigned and is capable of withstanding not only fire, but the force of an entire package of M-80's
  

• AT1-B prototype destroyed -July 4, 2002
  Today our AT1-B prototype was destroyed in a freak fireworks accident. Chris Szymanski told reporters "This will delay production by several months, but we at AsbesTree have every confidence that our product will be available for this year's holiday season."

• AT1-B prototype to be unveiled at press conference -July 2, 2002
  We at AsbesTree are proud to announce that our AT1-B prototype is a COMPLETE success. On the 5th, the press will be invited to view the tree for the first time.

• AT1 prototype completed -June 18, 2002
  We have completed our prototype "AT1" tree, early testing reveals potential weakness in magnesium frame. The search continues for more suitable building materials.
